The Higher Education Council (HEC) of Rwanda is inviting eligible Rwandan students to apply for 2026/2027 Scholarship Opportunities offered by GIFT University, Gujranwala, Pakistan under the educational cooperation between the Republic of Rwanda and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The scholarships support outstanding students wishing to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies in selected academic disciplines at GIFT University.

Responsibilities

Undergraduate Scholarships

Successful undergraduate applicants will receive:

• Full tuition fee waiver.
• One-way air ticket to Pakistan.
• Accommodation support.

Master's Degree Scholarships

Successful Master's applicants will receive:

• Partial tuition scholarship.

Note: Master's students are responsible for accommodation, living expenses, travel costs, and all other personal expenses.

Requirements

Undergraduate Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be Rwandan citizens.
• Be 21 years of age or younger.
• Have completed secondary education or an equivalent qualification.
• Possess a valid passport.
• Meet the academic admission requirements of the selected programme.
