CARE International Rwanda is recruiting a Program Director to provide strategic leadership for its development and humanitarian programs across Rwanda. Education

• Bachelor's degree in Development Management, Development Studies, Social Science, or a related field.

• Master's degree in Development Management, Social Science, or another related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive senior management experience in the development sector.

• Experience in program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
