Overview

CARE International Rwanda is recruiting a Program Director to provide strategic leadership for its development and humanitarian programs across Rwanda.     • Experience in program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and learning.

    • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and donor compliance.

    • Experience leading organizational and programmatic change initiatives.

    • Experience building partnerships with government, donors, and development stakeholders.

    • Experience in emergency response, advocacy, and policy engagement.
