• Plan for the Residential Immersion. The in-person immersion runs from May 17–28, 2027, at the Scarritt Bennett Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Scholars are responsible for travel to and from the program, so plan accordingly.

What the Program Involves

The Mentora Scholars fellowship is a two-part leadership program.

Part 1: Virtual Core Curriculum (February – April 2027)

• Reading and reflection.

• Community-building with fellow Scholars.

• Approximately 10–11 hours total, designed to fit around your existing coursework and commitments.

• Note: Students who do not complete the Core Curriculum will not be invited to participate in the Residential Immersion.

Part 2: Residential Immersion (May 17 – 28, 2027)

• 12-day cohort-based intensive at the Scarritt Bennett Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

• Focus on three core areas:

  • Inner Mastery: Cultivating the five energies of Purpose, Wisdom, Growth, Love, and Self-Realization.

  • Outer Impact: Deploying 25+ simple actions to activate these energies in the moments that matter.

  • Changemaking: Translating internal growth into meaningful external action.

• A typical day includes morning practice (guided meditation, journaling, or a mindful walk), shared breakfast, deep-dive morning sessions, small-group practice and reflection, one-on-one faculty office hours, and evening scholar-led connection.

After the Program

• Scholars join a lifelong community.

Follow these steps to apply for the Mentora Scholars 2027 fellowship:
