Registration Requirements

Anyone wishing to participate in the auction must pay a non-refundable registration fee of RWF 10,000.

How to Apply

Participants intending to bid for vehicles or motorcycles must provide a security deposit of RWF 2,000,000.

The deposit may be made through:

• AGS Rwanda Mobile Money Code, or
• Certified bank cheque

Unsuccessful bidders will receive a full refund of their security deposit.

Payment Terms for Successful Vehicle Buyers

Successful bidders purchasing vehicles or motorcycles must comply with the following payment schedule:

• Pay 30% of the winning bid on the auction day.
• Pay the remaining 70% within three (3) days.

Vehicles and motorcycles will only be released after the full payment has been received.
