Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the position but may include:

• Delivering high-quality instruction aligned with the school curriculum

• Supporting student academic and personal development

• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance learning outcomes

• Participating in school programs, planning, and professional development

• Supporting inclusive education and differentiated instruction where applicable

• Maintaining accurate academic records and reports

• Contributing to extracurricular and schoolwide initiatives

Administrative and support roles will focus on coordination, communication, technical support, or operational responsibilities according to the specific position.

Requirements

High School (Grade 9–12)

1. Biology and Chemistry Educator

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related Science field
• Teaching qualification (PGDE or equivalent is an advantage)
• Experience teaching secondary/high school science
• Strong laboratory management skills
• Knowledge of international curricula (IB, Cambridge, etc.) is an added advantage

2. English Educator

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field
• Teaching qualification required
• Experience teaching secondary English
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience with international curriculum preferred

3. French Educator

• Bachelor’s degree in French Language, Literature, or related field
• Teaching qualification
• Proven experience teaching French at secondary level
• Fluency in French (native or near-native proficiency)
• Knowledge of second-language acquisition methodologies

4. Instructional Coach

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or Curriculum Development
• Proven experience in classroom teaching (secondary level preferred)
• Experience mentoring or coaching teachers
• Strong knowledge of curriculum planning and assessment strategies
• Leadership and professional development facilitation skills

5. Special Education Needs (SEN) Educator

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or Inclusive Education
• Certification or training in SEN support
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration and intervention skills

6. Individuals and Societies Educator

• Bachelor’s degree in History, Geography, Social Sciences, or related field
• Teaching qualification
• Experience teaching humanities/social sciences at secondary level
• Familiarity with inquiry-based learning approaches

7. Modern Dance Educator

• Diploma or degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or related field
• Professional dance training and performance experience
• Experience teaching dance to adolescents
• Ability to choreograph and organize performances

8. Creative Arts / Film Educator

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Creative Arts, Media Studies, or related field
• Experience in filmmaking, editing, or digital media
• Teaching experience in creative arts
• Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)

9. Lab Technician

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Sciences or related field
• Experience in school laboratory management
• Knowledge of lab safety procedures
• Ability to prepare experiments and maintain equipment

Middle School (Grade 6–8)

10. ICT Design Educator

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, or related field
• Teaching qualification preferred
• Experience teaching ICT or digital design
• Knowledge of coding, digital tools, and design software

11. Special Education Needs Educator (Middle School)

• Degree in Special Education or related field
• Experience supporting middle school learners
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and inclusive practices

12. ESL Educator

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or Linguistics
• TESOL/TEFL certification preferred
• Experience teaching English as a Second Language
• Strong understanding of language acquisition strategies

Primary School (Grade 1–5)

13. Primary Educator (French Speaker)

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education
• Fluency in French
• Experience teaching primary-level learners
• Strong classroom management skills

14. Makerspace Educator

• Degree in Education, Engineering, Design, or related field
• Experience with hands-on learning tools (robotics, STEM tools, 3D printing, etc.)
• Knowledge of project-based learning
• Creativity and innovation skills

General Positions (Whole School)

15. School wide Inclusion Coordinator

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Inclusive Education or Special Education
• Experience leading inclusion programs
• Knowledge of inclusive education policies
• Strong coordination and leadership skills

16. Graphic Design

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Experience in branding and digital content creation
• Portfolio of previous work required

17. Steward

• Secondary school certificate
• Experience in hospitality, cleaning, or facility management
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work in a team
