Balance credit card ledgers and support reconciliation activities.

Verify contracts for groups and conduct credit reference checks for direct-billed groups when required.

Support the achievement of financial, budget, operational, and team performance goals.

Develop work plans and prioritize accounting activities to meet reporting deadlines.

Ensure profit and loss information is accurately documented.

Monitor applicable taxes and ensure they are properly collected, accrued, and kept current.

Maintain effective accounting and operational controls to safeguard hotel assets.

Complete period-end accounting procedures accurately and on schedule.

Provide guidance to other departments regarding accounting, budgeting, financial policies, and the efficient use of financial resources.

Apply relevant accounting knowledge, systems, processes, and procedures to daily work.
