  4. Administrative Assistant (Assistant Managing Director) – Provide administrative and executive support to management.

  5. Central Credit Analyst – Conduct credit analysis, assess loan applications, and evaluate financial risk.

  6. Branch Business Manager – Lead branch operations, business development, and performance management.

  7. Human Resource & Logistic Officer – Manage HR functions, recruitment, performance management, and logistics coordination.

  8. Internal Auditor – Conduct internal audits, ensure compliance, and strengthen risk management systems.

  9. Head of Credit – Oversee credit operations, portfolio management, and credit risk strategies.

  10. Head of Finance & Administration – Supervise financial management, budgeting, reporting, and administrative operations.

Each role requires adherence to institutional policies, ethical standards, and cooperative governance principles.

Requirements
