Agile Leadership and Coaching

Product Backlog and Release Planning

• Create release plans including deliverables and release deadlines.

• Plan and estimate the highest value deliverables for the next release.

• Support the Scrum Team in determining sprint length, creating deliverables, identifying tasks, and estimating effort.

• Demonstrate and validate sprints by facilitating presentation of completed deliverables for Product Owner approval.

Stakeholder Management and Reporting

• Facilitate identification of stakeholders and manage stakeholders and vendors as required.

• Monitor progress and performance of Scrum teams.

• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.

• Keep the organisation up to date on the progress of Scrum team projects and initiatives.

Daily Responsibilities

• Help the Scrum team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint.

• Help the team continuously make progress by ensuring each person works on the right tasks.

• Remove obstacles to team members’ progress.

• Protect the team from distractions.

• Work with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies as needed.

Education
