S4D Consulting LLC is seeking a talented and self-motivated Web Application Developer to join its growing technology team. The successful candidate will support the development of an AI-powered Demand Planning and Market Intelligence Platform for Rwanda Medical Supply (RMS), helping strengthen forecasting, procurement, and supply chain decision-making.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Develop the AI Demand Planning and Market Intelligence web application based on approved UI designs.
• Build responsive dashboards, reporting interfaces, alerts, and interactive data visualizations.
• Integrate REST APIs and AI/Machine Learning model endpoints.
• Implement authentication systems and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Apply security best practices throughout application development.
• Deploy and maintain applications in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines and application monitoring tools.
• Optimize application performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), technical documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in web application development.
• Strong experience using:
  • React
  • Angular
  • Vue.js.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Experience building data-driven web applications.
• Experience with:
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Containerization
  • Application deployment.
• Knowledge of:
  • Authentication systems
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

  • Cross-browser compatibility.
