The organization is currently seeking an Administration and Finance Manager (AFM) to provide critical leadership for its Rwanda Savings Group (SG) program based in Kigali.Reporting directly to the Country Director, the AFM will oversee all program finance, administration, compliance, and operational support functions. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing a team of four direct reports, ensuring excellence in financial management, internal controls, and human resources coordination. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in mid-level accounting/bookkeeping, plus at least 2 years of direct staff management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting systems (NetSuite preferred), financial analysis tools, and advanced Excel.
  • Faith Commitment: Personal confession of Christian faith and a deep commitment to HOPE International’s mission.
  • Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English; working knowledge of Kinyarwanda and French is highly preferred.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel regularly upcountry and occasionally internationally.
