Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems at the journeyman level.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a journeyman-level HVAC technician or mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of International Building Code (IBC) standards for facility maintenance.
• Ability to maintain and repair HVAC systems in diverse settings (offices, residences, ancillary buildings).
• Strong troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
