Korea International Cooperation Agency is recruiting an ICT Program Specialist to support the implementation and expansion of digital transformation and ICT development projects in Rwanda.

Responsibilities

ICT Project Management & Coordination

  • Manage and supervise KOICA Rwanda ICT projects

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

Research, Analysis & Reporting

Technical & Operational Support

  • Assist Korean expert teams during missions in Rwanda

Requirements

Education

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
    • Computer Science
    • International Development Cooperation Studies
    • Or related fields

A Master’s degree is considered an added advantage.

Professional Experience

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in:
    • ICT
    • Digital transformation
    • Innovation programs
    • Graphic design
    • Development-related technology projects

Experience working with international organizations or UN agencies is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of:

  • ICT systems and digital platforms
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications

  • MS Office applications
  • Canva and related digital tools
