PLAY International Rwanda is recruiting a Pedagogical Assistant to support the implementation of its education and inclusion projects using sport as a learning and social development tool. Responsibilities

The Pedagogical Assistant will support educational content development, training delivery, monitoring, and field implementation activities.

Support the Co-Creation of Pedagogical Content

• Assist in creating and adapting educational and pedagogical tools
• Support development of game sessions, guides, thematic sheets, and training modules
• Ensure educational materials align with project objectives and beneficiary needs

Deliver Training & Support Facilitators

• Conduct initial and refresher training sessions for coaches, educators, teachers, and facilitators

Requirements

Education

Applicants must possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in:

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
