Overview

University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) is seeking an experienced and strategic Systems Improvement Manager to lead institutional process improvement, governance, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.

UGHE is a private, not-for-profit health sciences university established by Partners In Health (PIH) with a mission to educate future global leaders in healthcare delivery and health systems transformation. Since its establishment in Rwanda in 2015, UGHE has become internationally recognized for promoting equity, innovation, and excellence in health education.

The Systems Improvement Manager will play a key leadership role in improving how the university operates by strengthening business processes, governance structures, compliance systems, operational policies, and institutional performance. Working closely with departments across the university, the successful candidate will help ensure that operations remain efficient, transparent, scalable, and aligned with the university's strategic objectives.
